At rq789, we believe that gaming should always be entertaining — never a source of stress, financial strain, or harm. Our responsible gaming programme is built into the very core of the rq789 platform, giving every Pakistani player the tools, information, and support they need to stay in control and play safely.
rq789 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Every single account registered on our platform is subject to mandatory age verification before any real-money gaming activity is permitted.
rq789 provides every registered player with a full suite of responsible gaming tools, available directly from your account dashboard — free of charge and effective immediately upon activation.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum PKR deposit amount on your rq789 account. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before they come into force. This gives you a genuine financial safety net rather than a cosmetic one.
Define a maximum daily session duration for your rq789 gaming activity. When your session timer expires, rq789 will display a clear notification and — if you choose — automatically log you out. This tool is particularly helpful for players who find it easy to lose track of time while playing cricket betting markets or live casino tables late at night.
Set a cap on the total amount of PKR you are willing to lose within a defined period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once your loss limit is reached, rq789 will suspend real-money wagering on your account for the remainder of that period. Like deposit limits, reductions apply immediately while increases require a mandatory review period.
If you feel you need a short break from rq789, you can activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open and your balance is preserved, but all real-money gaming features are disabled. The cooling-off cannot be reversed once activated — rq789 enforces it fully for the chosen duration.
Self-exclusion is rq789's most powerful responsible gaming tool. You can request self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months or up to 5 years. During this period, your rq789 account is fully suspended — you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. Contact rq789 support to activate this at any time.
Players who want to reduce their exposure to promotional content can opt out of all rq789 marketing communications in a single step from their account settings. This means no bonus emails, no promotional SMS messages, and no special offer notifications — helping you manage your gambling exposure without any pressure from rq789's promotional channels.
Activating responsible gaming tools on rq789 takes less than two minutes. All tools are available directly inside your account dashboard — no need to contact support for standard limit-setting. For self-exclusion or account closure, our 24/7 support team in Karachi is available around the clock to assist you.
Visit rq789.pro and log in using your registered email and password. Make sure you are on a private device and that your connection is secure before accessing your account settings.
From your account dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Responsible Gaming" from the dropdown menu. All available tools are listed on this single settings page.
Select the tool you want — deposit limit, session limit, loss limit, cooling-off, or self-exclusion. Enter your desired limit value or exclusion period. For PKR deposit and loss limits, enter the amount in Pakistani Rupees.
Review the settings you have chosen and confirm activation. rq789 will send a confirmation to your registered email address. Restrictions take effect immediately. You will also receive a summary of your active responsible gaming limits via email so you have a record of your choices.

Gambling is meant to be a fun, recreational activity — and for the vast majority of rq789 players across Pakistan, it stays exactly that. But for some players, gambling can start to cause real harm. Knowing the warning signs early makes a huge difference.
If you recognise any of the following patterns in yourself or someone close to you, please reach out to rq789 support or one of the responsible gaming resources listed further down this page. You do not need to be in a crisis to ask for help — early conversations make recovery much easier.
Feeling compelled to keep playing in order to win back money you have already lost, often increasing bet sizes to recover quicker.
Regularly spending far longer on rq789 than you intended, missing meals, work commitments, or family time because of gaming sessions.
Using money intended for rent, bills, groceries, or family expenses to fund your rq789 account — or borrowing money to gamble.
Concealing the amount of time or money you spend on rq789 from your family, friends, or partner — feeling shame or guilt about your gaming habits.
Turning to rq789 games or cricket betting primarily as a way to escape stress, anxiety, depression, or difficult personal circumstances rather than for entertainment.
Honest answers to these questions can help you understand your relationship with gambling. There are no right or wrong answers — this is purely for your own awareness.
Responsible gaming is not a box we tick — it is a core part of how rq789 is designed and operated. Here is what we commit to, as your gaming platform.
rq789 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. Our responsible gaming framework meets the standards required by our licensing authority, and is subject to ongoing regulatory review and audit.
